DELIVERY SERVICES TO HONG KONG SAR
Please note:
The below delivery schedules apply to items that are stored at our warehouse. Certain items (e.g cots, mattresses and strollers) will be delivered to you using your selected delivery method as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse (these items are marked with the following sign). We will contact you once your order is placed to arrange delivery.
FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY
We offer a SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE to all areas of Hong Kong including Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Ma Wan (but excluding all other Outlying Islands) on orders placed before 12pm Monday-Saturday (no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays)*.
The same day delivery service is free on order over HK$200.
For orders below HK$200, a HK$50 delivery charge is applicable
* Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or black rainstorm warning is in effect. In these instances you will be informed of the delay and the new delivery time.
OUTLYING ISLANDS
Delivery by Hong Kong Post is offered to all Outlying Islands destinations and will usually take 2-3 days, charged at cost
Need your order in a hurry?
If you work in Hong Kong or Kowloon, then why not have your products delivered to the office instead or you can arrange to pick up your order from one of the ferry piers on your way home.
Important Notice
Please ensure that someone is ready to receive your delivery at the delivery time slots specified for your area above
If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instructions you have provided on checkout
If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements
If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully babycentral.com.hk may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.

We may use a third party delivery company to deliver your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery on selected products (whenever the globe sign is shown) is offered to a number of countries in Asia Pacific (currently Australia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea (South), Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam)
International deliveries are sent using Hong Kong Post (choice of Speedpost, Air Mail or Surface Mail). Please visit
www.hongkongpost.com for cost and delivery times of each service. Postage is charged at cost, calculated by weight and destination. Once items are dispatched you will be sent a tracking number. Please contact us at support@babycentral.com.hk if you do not receive a tracking number by email.
Important Information about International Deliveries
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from babycentral.com.hk, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country
You agree to indemnify Baby Central Limited for any and all costs, fees and expenses incurred by Baby Central Limited as a result of the violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations or from tendering any prohibited item for shipment.
