All Pebble products are made by Hathay Bunano. Hathay Bunano, meaning hand made or hand knitted in Bangla, is a non-profit fair trade organisation in Bangladesh. It's mission is to create fairly paid, good quality, flexible and local employment for rural women who are poor and often disadvantaged.

The Bengal Tiger is part of Pebble's unique range of four animals from Bangladesh. Since Pebble toys are made in Bangladesh we thought it would be lovely to share with you a little more about the country and so designed four cute animals based on the animals from this region. They each proudly have a little flag of Bangladesh tag on the tail or wing.
