Delivery Terms & Conditions
A. FREE DELIVERY - Delivery is FREE on orders over HK$450 anywhere in Hong Kong
For orders below HK$450, a HK$60 delivery charge applies (please note that promotional coupons cannot be used to offset any delivery charges).
We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
If the items in your cart have different delivery times (as explained below) you can choose to split your order into multiple deliveries. An extra fee (depending on your area) is applied for multiple deliveries unless your cart value is above HK$900.
B. Delivery Times - Ready To Ship Items
Items marked "READY TO SHIP" and ordered by 2pm, Monday-Saturday (excl public holidays) will be packed and dispatched the same day.
For Same Day Delivery Service*, extra charges are listed in below table.
* If you need Same Day Delivery, please contact with our customer service team for the payment of additional delivery charges and the delivery arrangement.
Delivery time will depend on the delivery address:
C. Delivery Times - Other Items (Not Ready To Ship Items)
The estimated dispatch date of items that are NOT marked "Ready to Ship" is shown on each product page.
Delivery time from Dispatch Date depends on the delivery address :
- HK : +1 Business Day on Days indicated on the Product Page
- Kowloon : +1 Business Day on Days indicated on the Product Page
- New Territories, Tung Chung & Discovery Bay : +1-4 Business Days
- Peng Chau, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island : +2-4 Business Days
D. Important Notes
If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instructions you have provided on checkout.
If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements.
If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully babycentral.com.hk will charge HK$100 for redelivery or redirection of failed orders.

E. Additional Delivery Charges for Stairs
E1. Stairs Between Floors (Buildings Without Elevators) : Baby Central Hong Kong will charge additional HK$50 per item for each floor.
E2. Continuous Stairs Not Between Floors : The total stairs are calculated by counting every ten steps as one unit. Each item incurs an additional HK$30 per unit.
Remarks:
* If both E1 and E2 occur during the same delivery, both charges apply.
** Two steps or more are considered stairs.
*** The above stair charges do not include spiral stairs within the unit; if this service is needed, the delivery personnel will determine the additional charges based on the actual situation.
F. Additional Delivery Charges for Remote Areas
For remote villages or houses where vehicles cannot reach, if the distance to the delivery point exceeds 100 meters or takes more than 3 minutes, additional HK$150 will be charged per delivery point.
If walking distance to delivery location exceeds 200 meters, the deliverymen will determine additional charges for delivery based on the actual distance.
Remarks:
The above charges are for a one-way trip.
The goods will not be unpacked or unboxed during delivery (Products will only be unpacked or unboxed for delivery if customers sign on the invoice agreeing to be responsible for any subsequent damages to the unpacked goods).
G. Other Delivery T&C
1. Baby Central Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the terms of delivery. In case of any disputes, the decision of Baby Central Hong Kong shall be final.
2. Service scope does not include the following:
- Dismantling of old furniture
- Moving or dismantling any items in the customer's home
- Items that are too large to fit through the customer's residence
