Eligibility: This campaign is organized by Baby Central HK and is open to participants residing in Hong Kong only.

Campaign Period: The promotion begins on [Jun 5, 2026] and ends on [June 21, 2026] at 23:59 HKT. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

Participation Requirements: To qualify for the selection, participants must spend HK$1,800 or more in a single transaction on the Baby Central HK official website, "Like" the designated campaign post on Facebook or Instagram, and leave a comment sharing their story as specified.

Order Validation & Return Policy: The qualifying purchase order must be valid and fully paid. If an order is canceled, fully refunded, or partially refunded causing the total spent to drop below HK$1,800, the entry will be automatically disqualified.

Winner Selection: The winner will be carefully selected by the Baby Central HK panel based on the most heartwarming and touching comment. The panel's decision is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

Prize Details: The grand prize is one (1) Babyletto Kiwi Electronic Recliner & Swivel Glider (Performance Beach Eco-Weave). The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credits, or other products.

Winner Announcement & Delivery: The winner will be announced on Baby Central HK's official social media platforms on June 23, 2026. Please note that the prize delivery fee is to be fully borne by the winner. Delivery will be arranged to a valid Hong Kong residential address only via Baby Central HK’s designated logistics partner, and shipping costs must be settled upon delivery (or paid prior to dispatch).

Disqualification: Baby Central HK reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, fails to meet the purchase requirement, or deletes their qualifying comment before the winner announcement.

Amendments: Baby Central HK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Baby Central HK shall be final.

評選準則：本活動屬於技術與創意評選，絕非隨機抽獎。得獎者將由 Baby Central HK 評審團根據留言的窩心與感人程度親自選出。評審團之決定為最終決定，參加者不得異議，亦不設上訴機制。

獎品細則：大獎為「Babyletto Kiwi 智能電動功能搖椅」乙張（Performance Beach Eco-Weave 布料）。獎品不可轉讓、不可退換，亦不可兌換成現金、購物金或其他產品。

結果公布與送貨：得獎名單將於 [請填寫公布日期] 在 Baby Central HK 官方社交媒體專頁公布。請注意，是次大獎之運費須全數由得獎者承擔。獎品僅限送往有效的香港住宅地址，我們將安排指定的物流公司運送，運費將以到付形式（或於出貨前）由得獎者直接支付。

取消資格：若參加者提供虛假資料、未能滿足基本消費門檻，或在公佈結果前刪除活動留言，Baby Central HK 有權取消其參加或得獎資格。

修改權利：Baby Central HK 保留隨時修改本條款及細則或取消是次活動之權利，恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議，Baby Central HK 保留最終決定權。
