You may have noticed that the Baby Central website has been unavailable over the last few days. Unfortunately, we experienced a series of critical systems failures which eventually resulted in one of our servers being compromised. As such we have had to relaunch Baby Central on a new platform.
What this means
As far as we are aware, there was no data breach, only data loss. However, please note that the following information was stored on this server
- Email addresses
- Delivery details (including names, phone numbers and addresses)
- Order information
No payment or financial data were hosted on the affected server and therefore these details are not at risk
Going forward
Although you will be able to log in to our new website using your email address, you will no longer be able to access any of your personal or historical order data.
