About the Author:
Louise Greig, based in Aberdeen, is an accomplished poet and children's author. She secured the children's poetry prize from The Caterpillar in 2015 and was a joint winner of the Manchester Writing for Children Prize. Her creativity extends to being a runner-up in the Chicken House Publishing 'Big Idea' competition in 2014. When not weaving poetry or stories for children, Louise serves as the director of A Dog's Home.

Hailing from Belfast, Ashling Lindsay is a highly regarded illustrator whose work has received acclaim and recognition. Nominated for the CILIP Kate Greenaway award for illustration and shortlisted for both the Klaus Flugge award for promising newcomers in children's picture book illustration and the AOI illustration awards, Ashling Lindsay brings her exceptional talent to life in The Night Box.
