Need to return something?

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about the purchases you have made.  In order to return an item, please 
  • Pack your item(s) into a bag or box (ideally the original delivery box).
  • Include your original Delivery Note and circle the items that you are returning (if you no longer have your original Delivery Note, please log into your account and print out your order receipt instead)
  • Send or drop your parcel off at our warehouse:

Returns are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

If using a third party courier company to return your parcel, please ensure that you use a tracking number as we are not able to take responsibility for untraceable parcels.
We are happy to accept returns under the following conditions :
  • Goods must be unused, in original packing and with tags if applicable
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable


To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
