This works very well to hold my breast pump and makes pumping hands free and so much more convenient. It is not a stand alone bra. It clips onto other bras. Which is great as it means I don't have to get changed to pump. I just clip this on and express. The clips work best on this brands bra but I've found also work on my Kmart, and bonds nursing B clips.
