Ingredients
  • 20 gr of chicken breast
  • ½ tsp of olive oil
  • 150 gr of broccoli
  • 40 gr of tapioca
Directions
Step 1
Remove the broccoli bouquets leaving only a short stem. Soak a few minutes in vinegar water and cut into quarters.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
Step 3
Place the broccoli in the steamer basket.
Step 4
Place the chicken in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 6
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 7
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 8
Pour ½ litre of water in a saucepan, Then sprinkle the tapioca into the boiling water. Cook over a low heat about 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 9
Place the tapioca into the blending bowl.
Step 10
Place the olive oil into the blending bowl.
Step 11
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 12
Blend the bowl content.
