Ingredients
  • 115 gr of cucumber
  • 60 gr of potato
  • 40 gr of Emmenthal
Directions
Step 1
Peel the potato, wash and cut into 1cm cubes.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber, wash it and cut it in half. Remove the seeds, cut the cucumber into 1cm cubes.
Step 3
Put the cucumber in the steamer basket.
Step 4
Put the potatoes in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Step 6
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 200° C.
Step 8
Mix the cucumber and the potato and place in a baking dish.
Step 9
Cover with grated cheese.
Step 10
Put the dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
