Step 1
Rinse the damsons. Remove and throw away the central stone. Cut the damsons into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Place the damsons in the steamer basket.
Step 3
Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
Step 4
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 5
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 6
Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
Step 7
Blend the bowl content.
