Ingredients
  • ½ tsp of olive oil
  • 10 gr of lamb
  • 85 gr of potato
  • 85 gr of leek
  • ½ tsp of cilantro
  • ½ tsp of paprika
Directions
Step 1
Remove the green part of the leeks and the hairy roots. Cut the white part into four, then into 1cm long pieces.
Step 2
Peel and wash the potato, cut it into small 1cm cubes.
Step 3
Cut the lamb into small 1cm cubes.
Step 4
Place the lamb in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Put the potatoes in the steamer basket.
Step 6
Place the leeks in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Put the coriander seeds into a flavour ball. Place the flavour ball in the steamer basket.
Step 8
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 9
Set aside the cooking liquid in a small container.
Step 10
Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
Step 11
Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
Step 12
Add the paprika to the bowl.
Step 13
Add a part of the cooking liquid depending on the desired texture.
Step 14
Blend the bowl content.
