Ingredients
  • 1 drop(s) of vanilla extract
  • 105 gr of apricot
  • 105 gr of banana
Directions
Step 1
Gently wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the stone. Cut into 1cm cubes.
Step 2
Place the apricot in the steamer basket.
Step 3
Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
Step 4
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 5
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 6
Peel the banana, cut in into 1cm thin slices.
Step 7
Place the banana into the blending bowl.
Step 8
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 9
Blend the bowl content.
