Ingredients
  • 30 gr of butter (unsalted)
  • 105 gr of green beans
  • 60 gr of potato
  • 20 gr of ham
Directions
Step 1
Wash the green beans thoroughly in vinegar water without soaking them. Trim the ends off by hand and cut into 3 to 4cm pieces.
Step 2
Peel the potato, wash and cut it into 1cm cubes.
Step 3
Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
Step 4
Place the green beans in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 6
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 7
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 8
Place the ham into the blending bowl.
Step 9
Place the butter into the blending bowl.
Step 10
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 11
Blend the bowl content.
