Ingredients
  • ½ tsp of olive oil
  • 155 gr of broccoli
  • 35 gr of polenta
  • 20 gr of ground beef
Directions
Step 1
Put the polenta in the pasta/rice insert with 3 tablespoons of water.
Step 2
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 3
Remove the broccoli bouquets, don’t leave too much of the stem. Soak a few minutes in water and vinegar. Cut the florets into four.
Step 4
Cut the minced steak into small pieces.
Step 5
At the end of the cooking time, remove the pasta/rice insert from the steamer basket. Discard the cooking liquid.
Step 6
Place the broccoli in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Place the ground beef in the steamer basket.
Step 8
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 9
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 10
Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
Step 11
Place the polenta into the blender bowl.
Step 12
Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
Step 13
Add part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 14
Blend the bowl content.
