Ingredients
  • 340 grams shell pasta
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlice powder
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mozzarella (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Steam cook pasta shells with water level three using the pasta/grain insert.
Step 2
Steam spinach on water level 1.
Step 3
Place spinach into blending bowl. Add in avocado, olive oil, seasonings, & Greek yogurt. Puree until smooth. Add a dash of vegetable stock if necessary.
Step 4
Place pasta into bowl, pour sauce over and stir until evenly distributed.
Step 5
Sprinkle Mozzarella on top as desired.
