Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup rice cooked
  • 1 ounce ham rindless, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Put the carrots in the steamer basket.
Step 2
Pour water into the tank (level 3).
Step 3
Start the cooking process, reserving the cooking liquid.
Step 4
Put the cooked carrots, cooked rice and ham in the blending bowl.
Step 5
Blend, adding the olive oil and some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
