Ingredients
  • 85 gr of tomato
  • 70 gr of courgette (without seeds)
  • 40 gr of tapioca
  • 20 gr of lamb
  • ½ tsp of olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Immerse the tomatoes in boiling water for roughly 30 seconds, drain and immerse them in very cold water. Remove the skin, cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Carefully wash the courgettes and cut them into thin round slices.
Step 3
Cut the lamb into small pieces.
Step 4
Place the lamb in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Place the courgette in the steamer basket.
Step 6
Place the tomatoes in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 8
Pour ½ litre of water into a pan. Then sprinkle the tapioca into the boiling water. Cook over a gentle heat for roughly 7 minutes, regularly stirring.
Step 9
Set aside the cooking juice from the Babycook.
Step 10
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 11
Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
Step 12
Place the tapioca into the blender bowl.
Step 13
Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
Step 14
Blend the bowl content.
