Ingredients
  • ½ tsp of olive oil
  • 140 gr of courgette (without seeds)
  • 50 gr of semolina
  • 20 gr of whiting
Directions
Step 1
Place the semolina in the pasta/rice cooker with 45ml of water.
Step 2
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 3
Wash the courgette thoroughly and cut into thin slices.
Step 4
Run a finger over the whiting fillet to check that no more bones and cut into small pieces.
Step 5
Place the courgette in the steamer basket.
Step 6
Place the whiting in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Step 8
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 9
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 10
Place the semolina into the blending bowl.
Step 11
Place the olive oil into the blending bowl.
Step 12
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 13
Blend the bowl content.
