Ingredients
  • 20 gr of butter (unsalted)
  • 135 gr of carrot
  • 10 gr of veal
  • 20 gr of oat flakes
Directions
Step 1
Peel the carrots, wash and cut them into 1cm cubes.
Step 2
Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
Step 3
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Step 4
Roast the oat/buckwheat flakes in a pan without fat.
Step 5
Put the flakes in the blender bowl.
Step 6
Place the veal in the blender bowl.
Step 7
Blend the bowl content.
Step 8
Melt the butter lightly in a frying pan. Fry slowly (they should not smoke) the veal / oat mixture.
Step 9
When the mixture has become crispy, place it on the carrots.
