Ingredients
  • 75 gr of leek
  • ½ knob of butter
  • 20 gr of chicken breast
  • 45 gr of potato
  • 75 gr of belgium endive
Directions
Step 1
Cut the green leek and remove the hairy part. Cut the white part in four then in lengths of 1 cm. Soak a few minutes in fresh water and rinse well.
Step 2
Peel the potato, wash and cut into small cubes of 1 cm.
Step 3
Remove the bitter endive cone and cut into sections.
Step 4
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes of 1cm.
Step 5
Place the chicken in the steamer basket.
Step 6
Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Place the Belgium endive in the steamer basket.
Step 8
Place the leeks in the steamer basket.
Step 9
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 10
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 11
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 12
Place the butter into the blending bowl.
Step 13
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 14
Blend the bowl content.
