Ingredients
  • ½ tsp of sesame oil
  • 140 gr of spinach
  • 35 gr of quinoa
  • 10 gr of pollock
Directions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa then put it in the pasta/rice insert with 3 tablespoons of water.
Step 2
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 3
Run a finger over the fish to check that there are no bones and cut into small pieces.
Step 4
At the end of the cooking time, remove the pasta/rice insert from the steamer basket. Discard the cooking liquid.
Step 5
Put the pollock in the steamer basket.
Step 6
Place the spinach in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Step 8
Set aside the cooking liquid in a small container.
Step 9
Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
Step 10
Put the quinoa in the blender bowl.
Step 11
Pour the sesame oil into the blender bowl.
Step 12
Add a part of the cooking liquid depending on the desired texture.
Step 13
Blend the bowl content.
