Peppy Pork and Rice Fiesta: A Nutritious and Flavorful Puree with Peppers and Sweet Corn for Your Little Amigos!
Ingredients
- 150 gr of pepper
- 25 gr of sweet corn
- 25 gr of rice
- 30 gr of pork tenderlion
- ½ tsp of paprika
Directions
Step 1
Put the rice in the pasta/rice insert with 3 tablespoons of water.
Step 2
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 3
Clean the pepper, cut open to remove the seeds and slice into fine strips.
Step 4
Cut the tenderloin into small pieces.
Step 5
At the end of the cooking time, remove the pasta/rice insert from the steamer basket.
Step 6
Place the pepper in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Place the pork tenderlion in the steamer basket.
Step 8
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 9
Carefully drain the sweet corn and mix with the rice, peppers and Mexican spices. Place the tenderloin onto this mixture and drizzle with the olive oil.
