Ingredients
- 1 sprig(s) of basil
- 155 gr of courgette (without seeds)
- 35 gr of polenta
- 20 gr of tuna
- ½ tsp of olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Put the polenta in the pasta/rice insert with 3 tablespoons of water.
Step 2
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 3
Wash the courgette and cut into fine slices.
Step 4
At the end of the cooking time, remove the pasta/rice insert from the steamer basket.
Step 5
Place the courgette in the steamer basket.
Step 6
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Step 7
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 8
Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
Step 9
Place the polenta into the blender bowl.
Step 10
Place the tuna into the blender bowl.
Step 11
Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
Step 12
Place the basil in the blender bowl.
Step 13
Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
Step 14
Blend the bowl content.
