Ingredients
  • 1 pinch(s) of turmeric
  • 10 gr of veal
  • 120 gr of carrot
  • 50 gr of potato
  • ½ tsp of olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into thin slices.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into 1cm cubes.
Step 3
Cut the veal into small pieces.
Step 4
Place the veal in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
Step 6
Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Pour water into the tank (level 3) and launch steam cooking.
Step 8
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 9
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 10
Place the olive oil into the blending bowl.
Step 11
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 12
Blend the bowl content.
Step 13
Place the turmeric into the blending bowl.
Step 14
Blend the bowl content.
