Ingredients
  • 125 gr of cucumber
  • 70 gr of potato
  • 20 gr of salmon
  • 1 sprig(s) of dill
  • ½ tsp of olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into 1cm cubes.
Step 2
Run a finger over the salmon to check that there are no more bones and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Place the potato in the steamer basket.
Step 4
Place the salmon in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 6
Peel the cucumber, wash carefully and cut into 1 cm cubes.
Step 7
Let the salmon and potatoes cool down before adding them to the cucumber.
Step 8
Drizzle with olive oil and add a small quantity of dill because the flavor is quite strong.
