Ingredients
  • ½ tsp of olive oil
  • 85 gr of belgium endive
  • 85 gr of potato
  • 20 gr of dried fig
  • 20 gr of ham
Directions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into 1cm cubes.
Step 2
Remove the bitter cone from the endives and cut into slices.
Step 3
Take away the hard parts of the fig: stem and stalk. Cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Place the potato in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Place the dried fig in the steamer basket.
Step 6
Place the endive in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Step 8
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 9
Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
Step 10
Place the ham into the blender bowl.
Step 11
Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
Step 12
Add part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
Step 13
Blend the bowl content.
