Ingredients
  • 150 gr of peach
Directions
Step 1
Gently rinse the peaches in water. Peel them with care. Remove and discard the large stone and the small end piece. Cut the flesh into 1cm cubes.
Step 2
Put the peach in the steamer basket.
Step 3
Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
Step 4
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 5
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 6
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 7
Blend the bowl content.
