Ingredients
  • 5 gr of tuna
  • 10 gr of rice
  • 150 gr of tomato
  • 15 gr of rice
  • 5 gr of tuna
Directions
Step 1
Place the rice in the pasta/rice cooker with 45ml of water.
Step 2
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 3
Boil water in a pan, take 4 or 5 large tomatoes, score them at the base of each tomato (opposite side of the stem). Immerse the tomatoes in boiling water for about 30 seconds then drain and immerse them in cold water. Remove the skin. Cut the tomatoes in two and remove the seeds.
Step 4
Place the tomatoes in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
Step 6
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 7
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 8
Place the rice into the blending bowl.
Step 9
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 10
Blend the bowl content.
