- 150 gr of winter squash

Step 1
Peel and wash the winter squash. Cut into small 1cm cubes after removing the seeds using a soup spoon.
Step 2
Place the winter squash in the steamer basket.
Step 3
Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
Step 4
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 5
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 6
Add part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
Step 7
Blend the bowl content.
