Healthy Back-to-School Lunchboxs can help keep your child energised and focused throughout the school day. To create a balanced and nutritious lunch, include a variety of food groups, such as whole grains, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. Try options like whole-grain wraps with turkey and avocado, paired with veggie sticks and hummus for dipping. Add in a piece of fresh fruit, like an apple or berries, and finish with a small portion of nuts or yogurt for healthy fats and protein. You can also prep homemade snacks like energy balls, made with oats, nut butter, and seeds, to offer a wholesome treat that’s low in processed sugar.
